Ninja Tools

// The full kit

Every tool.
One ribbon.

Twenty-plus tools for live-event PowerPoint, all in one free installer. Nothing greyed out, nothing to unlock. Every one of them exists because something went wrong on a show and there was no quick way to fix it.

// Show readiness

Know before you go live.

The preflight check that should run on every deck before it touches the show machine.

Preflight scanner

Optimise Ninja

Scans the deck and the machine — missing and unembedded fonts, broken media links, linked images, hidden slides, heavy images, plus GPU, RAM, disk space and connected displays — and returns a red / amber / green verdict before you go live. On a green pass it can build a Show Package: one folder with the optimised deck, fonts and media, ready to move to the show machine. Nothing missing, nothing to hope about.

// Fonts

The Calibri insurance.

One missing font on the show machine and the whole deck falls back to Calibri. In front of everyone. These two stop that.

Font Report

Audits every font used anywhere in the deck, shows what’s embedded and what isn’t, and lets you replace a font across the whole deck from inside the report.

Collect Fonts

Gathers every font file the deck needs into one folder, ready to install on the show machine. No hunting through font libraries at midnight.

// Images

Batch image control.

Report, collect, export, reset and blend — across the whole deck in a few clicks, not shape by shape.

Image Report

Every image in the deck: size on disk, dimensions, linked or embedded, and which slides it’s on. Find the 40 MB photo hiding on slide 63.

Collect Images

Pulls every image out of the deck into one folder — originals, ready for editing, archiving or handing to a designer.

Export Slides as Images

Renders slides out as image files for previews, run-of-show documents, or stills for the vision mixer.

Reset Images

Undoes accumulated picture formatting and returns images to a clean state — without hunting through Format Picture panels.

Background Ninja

Batch background operations across the deck — the backdrop work that PowerPoint makes you do one slide at a time.

Fade Image

Directional transparency fades — left, right, top, bottom — that blend photos seamlessly into any background, plus a custom fade editor with live preview for complex blends.

// Precision

Numbers, not nudging.

PowerPoint gives you an arrow key and a hope. These give you exact values, applied to every selected shape at once.

Six panels

Shape Ninja

Stroke, Shadow, Corner, Gap, Size and Position — six numeric precision panels. Type the exact value you want and apply it to every selected shape at once. Open Position Ninja, type X: 160 Y: 90, Apply to All — thirty shapes move. No dragging, no snap fighting, no “I’ll sort this later.”

Snap Ninja

Tip control for lines and arrows: drag an endpoint to exactly where you want it, without PowerPoint snapping it to the nearest wrong object. No more dragging tiny yellow handles like you’re defusing a bomb with a wet finger.

// Media & video

Broadcast-grade output.

The video that played perfectly on your laptop is a dead file path on the show PC. Find out before the client does.

Media Report

Every video and audio file in the deck: embedded or linked, file size, format, and whether the link still resolves. The 2am panic, prevented at 2pm.

Collect Media

Gathers every media file the deck depends on into one folder, so the deck and its media travel to the show machine together.

Export Slides as Video

Renders slides out through bundled FFmpeg at maximum quality — ProRes 4444 for broadcast and keying workflows, or high-bitrate MP4 for show systems and LED walls.

// Charts

Charts you can actually edit.

For when the client wants the chart restyled and the data source is long gone.

Ungroup Chart

Converts a chart into fully editable shapes via EMF — every bar, label and gridline becomes an object you can restyle, recolour or rebuild by hand.

Hide Selected

Hides the selected elements in one click — for stripping a chart or diagram back to just the parts the moment needs.

// Show & stage

Built for the show system.

For people running PowerPoint into vision mixers, LED walls and VT playback — not just a projector.

Section Ninja

Exports any PowerPoint section as a standalone file — one click per section, or batch export the lot. For when the director needs just the awards segment, at short notice, obviously.

LED Wall Sizer

Sets the deck up for non-standard output resolutions, so what you build matches the wall pixel-for-pixel instead of being stretched into it.

VT Countdown

A countdown timer for video playback and show cues — so everyone backstage knows exactly how long is left before the next thing happens.

In development

OBS Looping & Kiosk Auto-Return

Looping video across multiple slides via OBS, and automatic return-to-start for kiosk and exhibition decks. In the workshop — shipping when they’re genuinely show-safe, not before.

// Notes & presenter

Notes the presenter can actually read.

PowerPoint’s notes box wasn’t designed for a nervous speaker under stage lights. These were.

Presenter view

Ninja Notes

A show-safe presenter notes display on its own output screen — big, readable, auto-paginated type that stays in sync with the show as the operator fires clicks, and lets the presenter page back and forth through notes without touching the slides. Output-screen selection, adjustable type, no surprises mid-cue.

Free version shows a small “Free Version” label on the presenter screen — never the audience’s. £39, once, removes it forever →

Format Notes

Cleans up and standardises speaker notes across the deck — consistent, readable, ready for the presenter monitor or the printout.

Export Notes

Exports the deck’s speaker notes to Word, PDF or plain text — autocue scripts, print-ready run-of-show documents, or a script for a Cued Up teleprompt screen.

All of it. Free.

One installer, every tool working from first launch. Pay what you think it’s worth — including nothing.
