// The tools

Everything in one ribbon tab.

Twenty-plus tools, one installer, nothing greyed out. Every one of them exists because something went wrong on a show and there was no quick way to fix it. All free, all unlocked from first launch.

Show readiness

The preflight check. Run it before you leave the office, not when the doors open.

Optimise Ninja

Scans the deck and the machine for anything that could stop the show, then gives you a red, amber or green verdict. On a pass, it builds an optimised Show Package ready to move to the show PC.

  • Missing and unembedded fonts
  • Broken media and linked files
  • Oversized images and decks
  • Hidden slide audit
  • GPU, RAM and disk check
  • Display and output config

Fonts

One missing font and the whole deck is in Calibri. In front of everyone.

Font Report

Every font used in the deck, where it’s used, and whether it’s actually embedded. Swap a font for another straight from the report — no hunting slide by slide.

Collect Fonts

Gathers every font file the deck depends on into one folder, ready to install on the show machine or hand to whoever’s building it.

Images

Find the heavy ones, gather the linked ones, and fade the ones that need it.

Image Report

Lists every image in the deck with its real file size, dimensions and whether it’s linked or embedded. The 18 MB hero background usually turns up here.

Collect Images

Pulls every linked image into a single folder so the deck stops depending on a file path that only exists on your laptop.

Export Slides as Images

Batch-export slides at 720p, 1080p, 4K or a custom resolution — for stills playback, holding slides, or handing artwork to the LED supplier.

Fade Image

Directional fades — left, right, top, bottom — plus a custom fade editor with live preview. Real transparent fades, not a rectangle with a gradient sat on top.

Reset Images

Strips crops, effects and formatting back to the original picture in one go, across a selection or the whole deck.

Background Ninja

Fast control over slide backgrounds without digging through the format pane every time.

Media & video

The video played fine on your laptop. On the show PC it’s a dead file path.

Media Report

Every video and audio file in the deck, its size, its format, and whether the link still resolves. Broken paths flagged before they matter.

Collect Media

Copies all linked media into one folder alongside the deck, so the whole show moves as a single package.

Export Slides as Video

Two-stage export via FFmpeg — PowerPoint renders at maximum quality, then transcodes to ProRes or high-bitrate MP4 with Lanczos scaling. FFmpeg is bundled; nothing to install.

Notes & presenter view

Speaker notes that are actually readable, on the screen you actually want them on.

Notes Splitter

A show-safe presenter view running live during the slideshow. Choose which screen it lands on and set the type size big enough to read from the lectern.

Format Notes

Cleans up inconsistent notes formatting across the whole deck in one pass — the twelve-supplier deck problem, solved.

Export Notes

Sends notes out to Word, PDF or plain text — for autocue, for the printed running order, or for sharing the script with the presenter.

Running an autocue on the same show? Export Notes feeds straight into a teleprompt script. Ninja Tools works alongside Cued Up, a UK-based teleprompting service for live and on-camera events.

Precision controls

PowerPoint gives you an arrow key and a hope. These give you numbers.

Shape Ninja

Numeric control over stroke, shadow, corner radius, gap, size and position — six panels instead of six trips through the format pane.

Snap Ninja — Tip Control

Drag the endpoint of an arrow or line exactly where you want it, without PowerPoint snapping it somewhere else at the last second.

Deck handling

Splitting, cracking and tidying the 200-slide gala deck.

Section Ninja

Exports each PowerPoint section as its own file — one per presenter, per award, per segment. What used to be an hour of save-as becomes one click.

Chart Cracker

Converts a PowerPoint chart into fully editable shapes via EMF, so you can restyle it properly instead of fighting the chart engine.

Hide Selected

Hide and reveal selected objects without sending them off-canvas or burying them in the selection pane.

Show & stage

The tools that only make sense once you’re in the room with the lighting desk.

VT Countdown

An on-screen countdown for video cues, so the operator and the director both know exactly how long is left. Amber at ten seconds, red at five. Looping videos stay quiet.

LED Wall Sizer

Sets the deck to a non-standard LED wall resolution properly, instead of guessing at slide dimensions and hoping the scaler sorts it out.

OBS Integration

Talks to OBS over WebSocket for looping video and scene control across slides — the thing PowerPoint has never done well.

Kiosk Auto-Return

Returns an unattended deck to its start slide after a set idle period. For foyer screens and stand displays that nobody is watching.

Alpha / Cell Ninja

Alpha-key output handling for broadcast and vision-mixer workflows, where the deck is a layer rather than the whole picture.

LVAS Manager

Manages large video and asset sets across a show, keeping track of what’s linked where as the deck grows.

All of it. One installer.

Free to download. Pay what you think it’s worth — including nothing.
